I am a rebirthing breathwork facilitator & teacher based in Killorglin.
With 15 years experience in energy work & shamanic work,I moved into facilitating breathwork 7 years ago and became a teacher of it 2 years ago.Breathwork inparticularly rebirthing was the journey home for me,back to the body.It allowed me to come into a deep space of acceptance of all that had happened in my life where other modalities kept me searching & seeking.The breath set me free.I work with mostly women & mothers who have been affected by traumatic events which impacted their mental & physical health & those diagnosed late in life with autism & adhd.I also work with men struggling with low self esteem & mental health challenges.
Where usually I offer a Rebirthing Breathwork Session at Moya, this year I'm changing it up & offering a very special 9 D Breathwork Experience with the theme Healing Ancestral Trauma.
